Meldrum Construction (Perth) Ltd have carried out many successful refurbishment projects for Private Clients, Local Authorities, Housing Associations etc. and have great knowledge in the sympathetic requirements of refurbishing both Listed Buildings and Modern housing and commercial buildings. We have construction teams knowledgeable with traditional building practices, natural stone masonry work, lime rendering and pointing work, facing brickwork and traditionally constructed timber roofs with many bespoke building elements, windows, doors, stairs etc. hand crafted in our joinery workshop. We also provide a preservation and rot treatment service and are approved Sovereign Contractors.
